Meir Klein

Meir Klein has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to data, AI architecture, software development, and team leadership. Currently, they are working as the Head of Data & AI Architects at Playtika since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the CTO of the Digital Division CTO Group at Israel Defense Forces from 2001 to 2021. In this role, they led initiatives for cloud adoption, big-data architecture, and cyber security.

From 2013 to 2018, Meir worked as the Chief Data Architect at Israel Defense Forces, where they developed and led a big-data initiative and managed a cross-organization portfolio for building a petabyte-scale big-data infrastructure.

Earlier in their career, they served as the Head of Software R&D Section from 2011 to 2013, Software Development Team Leader

Meir Klein holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University. Meir also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Lev Academic Center.
