Michelle Jones

Michelle Jones (Kondracki) is an experienced professional in engineering and management, currently serving as Engineering Manager at PlayVS since August 2023. Previously, Michelle held various roles at Hype, including Senior Engineering Manager and Lead Software Engineer, from November 2018 to June 2023. Michelle co-founded blossm LLC and worked as a Software Engineer from February 2017 to February 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Audit Senior at Deloitte from January 2013 to October 2016 and as General Manager/Director of Operations for the Major League Ultimate team, NY Rumble, from January 2013 to December 2015. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Penn State University and studied at Universidad de Sevilla in 2009.
