Adrián Hernández Armas has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 with Banco Central de Venezuela, where they worked as an Economist I until 2010. From 2012 to 2015, they held various roles at DIRECTV, including Market Research and Competitive Intelligence Specialist, Market Research Coordinator, and Business Intelligence Coordinator. At DIRECTV, they led a team and was responsible for generating information and knowledge from available data.

In 2016, they joined Trend Group America (TGA) as the Market Research/Business Analytics Chief, where they designed, developed, and implemented studies and analysis for real estate clients. Adrián also managed and supervised field studies and generated valuable insights from available data.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked at EY as a BI Marketing and Strategic Support Senior Associate. In this role, they supported the generation and analysis of data for decision-making and managed marketing strategies to position EY as a leader in the Chilean market.

Since 2018, Adrián has been working at Mallplaza in various roles. Adrián started as a Senior Business Analyst, responsible for the digital transformation of the company based on data management. Adrián generated analytical products and supported business areas with dashboard and reports. Later, they became the Data Governance Lead and then the Data Governance and Information Security Lead.

Adrián Hernández Armas has an education history that includes various diplomas and degrees in different fields. In 2020 to 2021, they attended the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they completed a Diplomado de Big Data with a focus on Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration. In 2014, they obtained a Diplomado en Gestión de Mercadeo from the Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela, specializing in Marketing. Continuing their academic journey, in 2010 to 2011, they studied Language Studies at LSI Brighton in the United Kingdom. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2008, they attended the Universidad Central de Venezuela and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Lastly, they completed their high school education at Colegio Maria Inmaculada, focusing on Science, before entering university.
