Jesús Santoyo Aristimuño

Jesús Santoyo Aristimuño has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jesús started their career at Logica as a HelpDesk Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Quality Systems Specialist, where they led technology projects and ensured the fulfillment of customer requirements. After Logica, Jesús worked at Banesco Banco Universal and Banco del Pueblo Soberano as an Information Security Specialist, where they managed user accounts, incidents, and passes to production. Jesús then joined BBVA Provincial as an IT Risk Specialist, where they monitored alerts and managed various services to prevent fraud. Following this, Jesús worked at Everis Chile as a Processes and Systems Specialist, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to users of corporate networks. Jesús also served as a Data Analyst at RayoApp, where they conducted analysis, designed improvements to reports, and ensured data integrity. Lastly, they worked at Tottus as a Data Analytics lead, managing information and developing strategies using data from different sales channels. Currently, Jesús holds the position of Digital Product Analyst at Mallplaza, where they generate product requirements, prioritizes experiments, and manages the product backlog. Throughout their career, Jesús has demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, communication of results, and decision-making support.

Jesús Santoyo Aristimuño has a history of education that spans over several years. In 2007, they attended the Instituto Universitario de Tecnología de Administración Industrial, where they pursued a TSU degree in Informatics. This course of study lasted until 2010.

In 2013, Jesús Santoyo Aristimuño enrolled at the Instituto Universitario Politécnico Santiago Mariño, where they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Systems Engineering. Jesús completed this program in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Jesús Santoyo Aristimuño has obtained certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2020, they earned the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf. Furthermore, in 2022, they obtained the Business Intelligence Foundation Professional Certification (BIFPC) from the same institution.
