Nicole Cánepa has a diverse work experience in various companies. Nicole began their career at Pacífico Seguros as an Asistente Comercial from January 2011 to June 2012. Nicole then moved on to Ipsos Perú, where they worked as an Asistente de Investigación from July 2012 to February 2014, and later as an Asistente Senior de Investigación from February 2014 to May 2015.

In 2015, Nicole joined Grupo CCR as an Ejecutiva de Cuentas, responsible for managing accounts of consumer goods companies. Nicole provided advice on distribution channel activities, analyzed market trends and insights, and presented results to senior management until April 2019.

After that, Nicole joined Mallplaza as an Analista de Consumer Insights from June 2019 to March 2021, where they analyzed information to understand customers better and defined strategies to improve the visitor experience in the mall chain. Nicole then took on the role of Analista Regional de Business Insights from March 2021 to October 2022. In this position, they analyzed data to identify insights and improve business performance.

Currently, Nicole holds the role of Jefe Regional de Business Insights at Mallplaza since October 2022. In this role, they lead the annual market research plan for the regional level, including Chile, Peru, and Colombia. Nicole incorporates indicators like NPS and manages various KPIs to enhance the visitor experience and drive business growth.

Nicole Cánepa has a strong educational background in the field of marketing and business administration. Nicole attended Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Marketing. In 2013, they pursued further studies at the same university and completed a Licenciatura degree in Administration and Marketing.

Nicole continued their academic pursuits by enrolling at Universidad ESAN from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained a Diploma in the Programa de Alta Especialización (PAE) in Business Intelligence. Later, from 2017 to 2018, they completed a specialization in Marketing Digital at the same institution.

In 2019, Nicole joined Universidad ESAN once again, this time completing a specialization in Marketing. Nicole then attended Universidad del Pacífico from 2020 to 2021 and completed their International Customer Experience Program.

Currently, Nicole is enrolled at Universidad del Pacífico, pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing Management and Commercial Direction, which is expected to be completed between 2022 and 2024. Additionally, in 2021, they also participated in a Program in Digital Transformation at Universidad del Pacífico, further expanding their knowledge in this field.
