Chirag Choudhary

Chirag Choudhary has a strong background in engineering and leadership roles. Chirag is currently working as the VP of Engineering at Plena since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Engineering Manager at Interview Kickstart from April 2021 to November 2022 and as a Senior Technical Lead from July 2020 to April 2021. Before that, Chirag worked at HackerRank as a Lead Software Engineer from January 2020 to July 2020 and as a Senior Software Engineer from August 2018 to January 2020. Chirag also held the position of CTO at Nebulae Digital from April 2016 to May 2018, where they led the development of a sales enablement tool called Boostr.ai. Chirag's previous experience includes working as the CTO at Kaddy Analytics from November 2013 to March 2016, where they developed a data analytics tool called SchoolMonitor for schools. Chirag also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Flytxt Mobile Solutions from June 2013 to October 2013. Additionally, Chirag has experience in coordinating events, as they served as the Festival Coordinator for the second edition of the intra-college Technical Festival at IIT Hyderabad in 2012. Chirag also worked as a Summer Intern in Information Systems at FactSet Research Systems in 2012. Furthermore, Chirag co-founded and coordinated the Information Security club at IIT Hyderabad from January 2011 to April 2012, and they served as the Web Coordinator for the ELAN festival at IIT Hyderabad from September 2009 to February 2011.

Chirag Choudhary completed their primary and secondary education at St Stephens Secondary School from 1995 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in HKG-10th. Later on, they pursued higher education at the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science.
