Bruce Lau

Bruce Lau is an experienced operations and facilities professional with a strong background in asset management, real estate, and customer service within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Coordinator for Asset Management at Plenary Group since January 2023, Bruce previously held roles as Facilities Coordinator at CBRE and Real Estate Agent at Apex Investment Alliance. Prior to these positions, extensive experience was gained at The Grace Hotel and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) in various reservations and management roles, as well as in supervisory positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Management in Tourism from the University of Technology Sydney, where contributions were made as an Exam Scribe and Supervisor in the Student Services Unit.
