Ankit Patel

Ankit Patel has a strong background in Information Technology, with experience working in various roles within the industry. Ankit is currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Plentific, where they oversee the transformation of repairs and maintenance services for landlords through a marketplace SaaS platform. Previously, Ankit worked as an IT Consultant at Scale Space and as an IT Manager at ZPG, where they successfully improved IT perception, trust, and visibility within the organization. Ankit also led a team of IT professionals, built a modern IT Helpdesk, and played a key role in improving hiring and recruitment processes. Ankit has also gained experience at Skype/Microsoft and Microsoft, where they served as a Tech Link SME/IT Service Manager and an IT Service Support Specialist, respectively. Throughout their career, Ankit has demonstrated expertise in providing training and support, maintaining records, and delivering exceptional service to users.

Ankit Patel pursued their education from 2005 to 2009 at Queen Mary University of London. During this time, they obtained an MEng degree in Aerospace Engineering.
