Rafael Arias has extensive experience in the production industry, having worked at Tesla as a Production Supervisor from June 2015 to June 2019, and currently holds the position of Production Superintendent at Plenty® since July 2019. With various titles such as Operations Manager and Associate Manager under their belt, Rafael has demonstrated a strong leadership and management skills throughout their career.
