Stina Grahn is a seasoned professional in Customer Success, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success Nordics and Manager of CX Mid-Market at Pleo since March 2019. With a strong emphasis on trust, open communication, and collaborative problem-solving, Stina has demonstrated a commitment to empowering team members and achieving high-quality results. Stina has played a crucial role in building Pleo's mid-market team and has a background that includes roles as Account Executive for the Swedish market, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Onboarding Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager for Tomorrow AB in Copenhagen and running a business consultancy. Stina holds a Master of Science in Management of Growing Enterprises from the University of Gothenburg and has also studied at Umeå University and the University of New Brunswick.
