Tom Kári Kristjánsson

Tom Kári Kristjánsson conducts a series of the largest and most complex legal cases in Denmark. He is the leader of their team for Taxes and Taxes and the leading Danish lawyer when it comes to conducting tax cases, including VAT, customs and excise duties. Tom's track record at the European Court of Justice is exceptional. No other Danish lawyer has led and won so many EU cases.

A large number of these cases have been principled and have been conducted as pilot cases. The cases have led to the payment of a large sums of billions to Danish companies, not least in the financial sector.

Tom also has extensive experience in conducting cases on adviser and management liability in relation to taxes and duties, just as he conducts a large number of tax and duty penalty cases.

Tom was a managing partner in Plesner in the period 2014-2021 and has previously been a member of their board.
