Iryna Dubrova

Iryna Dubrova has a diverse work experience in HR management and project/sales management. Iryna currently works as an HR Manager at Plexteq OÜ since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelancer from December 2015 to March 2021, where they were responsible for searching for new customers and projects, monitoring freelance platforms, and communicating with customers to identify their needs. Iryna also worked as an HR Manager at Soft Group Ukraine from March 2017 to April 2018. Additionally, they served as a Director Assistant at soft Xpansion from September 2014 to November 2015, where they were responsible for identifying staff vacancies, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting applicants.

From 2008 to 2013, Iryna Dubrova attended Vinnytsia National Technical University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management of Enterprises and Administration.
