Msc. Jasmine Francis

Jasmine Francis, MSc is currently the Head of People & DEIB at Pliancy since January 2023. With a background in HR and people-focused roles, Jasmine has held positions at various companies such as Thinx Inc., BNY Mellon, AppNexus, Goldman Sachs, The Carlyle Group, and francesca’s®. Jasmine holds a Master of Science in Management in Organizational Development from The Catholic University of America and has also completed a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University.
