Shane Hadden is a seasoned technology and customer success professional with extensive experience in IT support and network engineering. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success at Pliant.io since December 2019, Shane leads a dedicated team focused on empowering customers and automating business processes while developing scalable support systems and training content. Prior to this role, Shane held various positions at Fujirebio Diagnostics, Inc. as a Senior Network Engineer, where responsibilities included architecture and management of network infrastructure. Shane's earlier experience includes roles at SevOne Inc. with a focus on customer support and IT management, as well as founding S T Hadden Information Services, providing technical support to small businesses. Educationally, Shane completed a Bachelor of Science at Westtown School (1993 - 1999).
