Rick Hoskam

Rick Hoskam has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management within the water construction sector. Currently serving as an Uitvoerder at Ploegam BV since January 2018, Rick previously held the role of Werkvoorbereider at Gebr. van Kessel Bedrijven from February 2015 to January 2018, and prior to that, served as an Algemeen medewerker at Van Den Oord Champignoncultures from December 2004 to February 2015. Rick's early career included several internships, including a notable civil engineering project with Gemeente Best, where responsibilities spanned from project initiation to execution oversight. Further international experience was gained through a trainee ship in Kenya, focusing on community-based construction. Educational qualifications include a degree in Civiel technisch management from Avans Hogeschool Den Bosch and an earlier civil-related qualification from Koning Willem 1 College.
