Rachel Patton

Rachel Patton has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rachel started their career as an HR Administrator at Mitutoyo in 2007 and later took on the role of HR Generalist. In 2012, they joined Aurora University as an Adjunct MBA Professor while also working at Auto Truck Group as part of their Human Resources team. In 2015, they became an HR Manager at Skandia Inc. and then moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at General Kinematics Vibrating Equipment in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Plote Construction Inc.

Rachel Patton obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Illinois State University in 2002. In 2010, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Human Resources from Aurora University in 2011.
