Shayn Sanders

Shayn Sanders is a dedicated Field Superintendent at Plote Construction Inc. since July 2020, responsible for managing daily construction activities, conducting job briefings, and overseeing field operations, including the use of GPS equipment. Prior experience includes serving as Field Superintendent at Ragnar Benson Construction, LLC from October 2016 to July 2020, and as Health and Safety Coordinator at William Charles Construction/Ragnar Benson Construction from July 2014 to September 2016, where Shayn focused on safety incident response, developing safety plans, and employee training. An early career included internships and management roles related to safety and operations, with educational credentials including a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Illinois State University and an Associate's degree from Kishwaukee College.
