Rupee Dhoot

Rupee Dhoot is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic and operational HR leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Plowman Craven since November 2014, Rupee is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and driving change programs. Previous roles include Human Resources Consultant at HRdirect where Rupee provided advisory services for SMEs, and Head of Human Resources at John Jones Ltd, where a comprehensive People Strategy was developed. Further experience includes positions at easyJet, Northgate Information Solutions, and Capita, showcasing a strong background in HR business partnering, employee relations, and operational management. Rupee holds a Master’s Degree in Employment Law from the University of Leicester and two additional master's degrees in International Business & Management and Social Politics and Management.
