Mrinalini S Krishnan has worked for various companies since 2010. Mrinalini began their career at The Taj West End as an Industrial Trainee in 2010. In 2012, they moved to Regus as a Customer Service Representative. In 2015, they joined ANZ as an Analyst - Refinance Settlements and was later promoted to Senior Analyst - Refinance Settlements. From 2014 to 2019, they were also self-employed as a Freelance Writer. In 2019, they joined both PLOWZ & MOWZ and Springworks as a Customer Support Executive and was later promoted to Customer Support Team Lead in both companies.

Mrinalini S Krishnan completed their XII from CMR National PU College in 2009, majoring in Economics, Accountancy, Business Studies, and Computer Science. Mrinalini then went on to pursue a BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai from 2009 to 2012. In 2013, they obtained a Diploma in Script Writing from the Institute of Creative Excellence.
