Joshua Hezer

Joshua Hezer has a diverse work experience in the fields of product and UX research. Joshua is currently working as a Senior Product & UX Researcher at Pluang since January 2022. Prior to this, they were a Lead UX Researcher at Aleph-Labs from March 2021 to December 2021. Joshua also worked as a UX Researcher at Aleph-Labs from April 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they served as an Associate UX Researcher at Blibli.com from July 2019 to April 2020. Joshua also interned as a UX Researcher at Blibli.com from January 2019 to June 2019. In addition to their UX research roles, they gained experience as an HR Sourcing Specialist Intern at Home Credit Indonesia in 2018 and as an HR Organization & Performance Intern at PT TOYOTA ASTRA FINANCIAL SERVICES in 2017.

Joshua Hezer holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including "User Experience: The Beginner's Guide," "User Research - Methods and Best Practices," and "Design Thinking: The Beginner's Guide." These certifications were obtained from The Interaction Design Foundation in 2020.
