Karan Vashist

Karan Vashist has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Karan started their career as an Application Developer & Analyst (Summer Intern) at Reuters Market Light in 2015. In 2016, they worked as an Android Application Developer (Summer Intern) at RailYatri.in.

In 2017, Karan joined EbizON as a Software Engineer. During their time there, they developed various projects including Appifycart, a web application for creating hybrid apps on Shopify stores. Karan also implemented data visualization using Tableau for TESCO and created a Django application to read and post Google docs data to WordPress blogs. Additionally, they developed a support chatbot using Azure Bot service integrated with Shopify stores.

Since 2019, Karan has been working at Pluang. Karan started as a Software Developer and progressed to Senior Software Developer in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Engineering Lead. Further details about their role at Pluang are not provided.

Karan Vashist pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Karan attended this institution from 2012 to 2017.

Prior to their master's degree, Karan Vashist completed their secondary education at Canterbury Model Public School from 2000 to 2008. It is revealed that they also gained expertise in Secondary School Administration/Principalship during this time.
