Rachel Chung

Rachel Chung has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Rachel most recently worked as a Senior Partner Success Manager at Plug and Play Tech Center since July 2022. Prior to that, they were a Partner Success Manager at the same company from November 2021 to June 2022.

Rachel also founded and served as an advisor at Globalli in 2021. Before that, they were an Advisor at Seoul Global Startup Center from May 2020 to July 2021, where they actively participated in board meetings and presented evaluations and resident feedback to Seoul Metropolitan Government officials.

Rachel has also contributed to the startup scene as a Founder and CEO of tickr from August 2018 to July 2021. Rachel previously held the role of NAVER V LIVE Global Team Lead at NAVER Corp from January 2016 to August 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at Chung-Ang University from 2014 to 2015.

Early in their career, Rachel gained experience as a Senior Corporate Trainer and Faculty Manager at CHUNGDAHM Learning from 2008 to 2012.

Rachel Chung obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in Music History, Literature, and Theory from The University of Auckland from 2005 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Rachel obtained the TESOL certification from ITTT - International TEFL & TESOL training in 2013. Rachel also obtained the AMusA: Piano Teaching Certification from the Australian Music Examinations Board in 2004. More recently, they obtained the Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design certification and the Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere certification from Google in 2021.
