Atul Satpute

Atul Satpute has extensive work experience in the field of civil and structural engineering. ATUL started their career as a Trainee at Aker Solutions in 2008 and later worked as a Civil Structural Engineer from 2009 to 2011. ATUL then advanced to the role of Senior Civil & Structural Engineer from 2012 to 2013.

From 2013 to 2019, Atul worked at United Conveyor Corporation as a Senior Structural Engineer. In this role, they gained valuable experience in the industry.

In 2019, Atul joined Plug Power and became a Lead Structural Engineer at Frames, a subsidiary of Plug Power. ATUL worked on various Oil and Gas projects as a Senior Structural Engineer.

In 2020, Atul was promoted to the position of Deputy Manager and Head of the Structural Department at Frames. ATUL continued to contribute to the company until their recent promotion in January 2022, where they assumed the role of Manager and Head of the Structural Department while also taking on the responsibilities of Technical Sales Lead in the H2 division at Plug Power.

Atul Satpute completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil & Structural Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering (A Govt. Aided Autonomous Institute) in SANGLI-M.S from 2004 to 2008. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Structural Engineering & Concrete Structures from Anna University Chennai.

Additionally, Atul Satpute obtained several certifications, including a certification in Fatigue & Dynamic Analysis - Structural and In place, Lifting & Transport Analysis of Skids - Structural from Aryatech Marine and Offshore Services in January 2020. ATUL also received a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from TÜV SüD in September 2019. In November 2017, they obtained a certification in A3 Problem Solving & Value Stream Mapping from United Conveyor Corporation. Finally, they have a certification in Six Sigma from United Conveyor Corporation, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
