Ben Victor

Ben Victor has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ben is currently serving as the Vice President of Hydrogen Energy Solutions at Plug Power since January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Founding Partner and Board Member at Taproot Energy Partners starting in 2018.

Before joining Taproot Energy Partners, Ben worked at Joule Processing, where they held multiple positions. Ben served as the Chief Executive Officer from June 2014 to January 2022, and as the Managing Director from March 2012 to June 2014.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked at Compagnie Financiere Tradition as a Natural Gas Physical and Derivatives OTC Products professional from October 2006 to February 2012. Ben also had a brief role as a Senior Corporate Trust Administrator at JP Morgan Chase in 2006.

Ben Victor has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Houston. In August 2009, they obtained a Series 3 License (Futures and Commodities) from The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Ben also became an NFA Associate Member in July 2009, certified by the National Futures Association (NFA).
