Bob Limmen

Bob Limmen has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as a Production Engineer at AEB Amsterdam where they managed waste incineration lines. Bob then worked as a Second Engineer on various seagoing vessels, including contracts with Redwise Maritime Services BV and TOS - Energy & Maritime Crew. In 2017, they became Head of Production at VAN DER LEE Turbo Systems, overseeing production activities for turbochargers. Bob also worked as an Instructor at FMTC Safety, leading safety courses for offshore and seafaring personnel. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Commissioning Engineer at Royal IHC, where they were responsible for finalizing and testing systems on dredging vessels. In 2022, they worked as a Commissioning Engineer at Tata Steel IJmuiden BV, focusing on preparations and guidance for a blast furnace project. Currently, they hold the position of Construction and Commissioning Engineer at Plug Power.
