Christohper Kleiman

Christopher Kleiman has extensive work experience in the engineering and operations fields. Christohper started their career as a Chemical Engineering Co-op at SABIC in 2012, where they gained experience in site infrastructure and operational leadership. Christohper successfully implemented a conversion strategy to replace the primary water treatment coagulant and identified the root cause of a process upset in the waste water treatment plant.

In 2013, Christopher continued as a Chemical Engineering Co-op at SABIC and focused on specialty film and sheet unit operations. Christohper executed a waste reduction project for Lexan Margard coated sheets and improved asset availability while eliminating potential EHS risks.

Christohper then joined SABIC as a full-time employee in 2014 as a Chemical Engineering Co-op and continued to gain valuable experience in process engineering and project management.

Christopher's career at SABIC continued to progress, and they held various roles including Process Safety Engineer, Process Engineer, Engineering Project Manager, Process Improvement Engineer, and Energy & Sustainability Engineer. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in process safety, continuous improvement, and sustainability practices.

In 2022, Christopher joined Plug Power as an Inventory Control Manager, before transitioning to the role of Operations Program Manager, SAP Integration in 2023. These roles showcased their ability to oversee inventory and manage complex operations projects.
