David M.

David M. has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing, with a strong focus on the renewable energy industry. David most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Plug Power. Prior to that, they spent several years at Tesla, where they held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Gigafactory Operations and Director of Operations. In these roles, they oversaw the operations of a large battery and powertrain manufacturing facility, managed a team of thousands of employees, and collaborated with the executive team on strategic growth plans. Before their time at Tesla, David worked at IGT as a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations, where they managed all manufacturing operations for a sustainable slot machine construction company. David also worked at Trex Company as a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing logistics operations and improving inventory controls. David began their career at Southwest Fabricators as a Senior Buyer.
