Jeff Hansen

Jeff Hansen began their work experience in 2019 at the Capital District YMCA, where they served as a Member Service Representative and a Zamboni Driver. In 2021, they joined Clarkson Diesel Snowmobile as a Mechanical Engineer, working on the engineering team for the SAE clean snowmobile challenge. In this role, they designed, modeled, and manufactured upgraded parts and assemblies, as well as fabricated and integrated a power steering system. Jeff also coordinated team events and performed administrative tasks. Beginning in 2022, Jeff worked at Plug Power as a Mechanical Design/Prototype Engineer.

Jeff Hansen attended Clarkson University from 2020 to 2024, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
