Justin M.

Justin M. has a diverse work experience in project development, particularly in the renewable energy sector. Justin currently holds the role of Director, Project Development at Plug Power since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at RWE as the Director, Solar Development from February 2022 to November 2022.

Justin also has experience in the solar and energy storage development field, having worked at Savion, LLC from April 2019 to January 2022. During their time there, they held the positions of EPC Manager and Director of Development, where they provided project management coordination and support for solar projects, negotiated contracts, and managed project stakeholders.

Before joining Savion, Justin worked at Tradewind Energy, Inc. from May 2013 to May 2019, starting as a Development Manager and progressing to Director of Development. Justin also worked as a Project Manager at Foutch Brothers, LLC from February 2013 to June 2013, overseeing real estate development projects using alternative investment strategies.

Justin's earlier experience includes roles as a Design/Project Manager at Trettel Design + Build from March 2011 to February 2013, and as a member of Studio 804 Inc., where they contributed to the design and construction of sustainable buildings.

Justin M. attended the University of Notre Dame, where they studied Finance. Justin also pursued a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from the University of Kansas, School of Architecture, Design, and Planning. Additionally, Justin M. obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business with a focus on Business Administration.
