Marie Portes

Marie Portes has had a diverse range of work experience over the years. Marie started their career as a Worker Intern at the French National Institute for Agricultural Research in June 2015. From there, they moved on to Plastic Omnium where they worked as an Assistant Industrial Project Manager from July 2016 to December 2016. Following this, Marie joined Ciel Terre Japan as a Technical & Design Engineer in January 2017, where they specialized in the integration of photovoltaic systems. Marie then transitioned to E-CUBE Strategy Consultants in May 2018, where they held the position of Senior Consultant in Energy until February 2023. Currently, Marie is employed by Plug Power, serving as the Business & Partnerships Development, EMEA since March 2023.

Marie Portes received their Master of Science (Engineering Degree) from CentraleSupélec. Marie pursued their degree from 2014 to 2018, specializing in energy networks while also studying strategy and finance. Before attending CentraleSupélec, Marie Portes completed an intensive preparation in Maths and Physics at Lycée Pierre De Fermat from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they focused on mathematics, physics, and engineering sciences.
