Manufacturing Engineer New Product Intoduction at Plug Power

Matthew Coulter has work experience in both the private sector and the US Navy. Matthew began their career in 2013 in the US Navy, where they held various roles and responsibilities. From March 2013 to March 2015, they worked in the NNPP Training Pipeline. From March 2015 to July 2019, they served as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, where they were a Section Leading Mechanic responsible for the operation and maintenance of the nuclear propulsion system and auxiliary system. Matthew also served as the Training, Qualifications, and Parts Acquisition Program Manager and successfully qualified 9 personnel ahead of schedule. From July 2019 to August 2023, they worked as an NPTU Training Engineer. In August 2023, Matthew will start a role as a Manufacturing Engineer New Product Introduction at Plug Power.

Matthew Coulter attended Excelsior University from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Nuclear Engineering Technology and Nuclear Leadership.

In addition to their degree, Matthew Coulter has also obtained several certifications. Matthew became a Master Training Specialist from the US Navy in November 2021. Matthew also earned the certification of Engineering Watch Supervisor from the US Navy in March 2021 and the certification of Quality Assurance Inspector in March 2016, also from the US Navy.
