Tammy Kimble-Manitta

Tammy Kimble-Manitta has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various leadership roles for multiple companies. Tammy is currently the EVP of Human Resources at Plug Power, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at SEFCU from 2015 to 2019, where they were responsible for talent management. In 2014, they briefly served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corporation. From 2010 to 2014, they held multiple positions at Momentive, including Vice President of Global Human Resources - Operations & Engineering, Vice President of Human Resources - Global Talent Acquisition, and Director of Global Human Resources Planning & Analysis. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Plug Power from 2008 to 2009. Tammy also has experience in organizational development, having worked as the Vice President of Organizational Development at Berkshire Bank from 2006 to 2008, and as the Director of Human Resources at Albany Molecular Research in 2006. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Corporate Human Resources at Intermagnetics General Corporation from 2002 to 2004, and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Cohoes Savings Bank from 1996 to 2001. Tammy began their career in human resources at KeyCorp in 1990.

Tammy Kimble-Manitta completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Siena College, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Tammy then pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources at Russell Sage College, earning their degree from 1991 to 1994.
