Andy DeLaVergne

Andy DeLaVergne has worked in the tech industry since 2010. At Aerotek, they worked as a Visual Data Specialist (Google Maps). From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Synology as a Technical Product Specialist IV and Product Specialist. In their roles at Synology, they voiced, animated, edited, scripted, and published informational and tutorial videos with over 600,000 views, saved over 24,000 man hours of support and sales resources over a 20 month period, conducted user research and proposed solutions to common usability problems, and created blog articles about NAS technology garnering over 70,000 views. In 2016, they began working at Plugable Technologies as a Product Owner. Andy successfully led a project to redevelop Plugable.com on Shopify and Helpjuice using HTML5, Liquid, CSS/SCSS, Javascript, and NPM/Webpack with a custom Bootstrap and FontAwesome theme. The upgrade and conversion to Shopify Online Store 2 is underway.

Andy DeLaVergne attended ITT Technical Institute from 2007 to 2009 and earned an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Networking and Systems Administration.
