Mayra Barbieri Zaia

Mayra Barbieri Zaia has worked for a number of companies since 2008. Mayra began their career as an engineer intern at Flowserve in 2008, followed by an engineer internship at Ford Motor Company in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a product analyst and engineer intern at Morgan Advanced Materials. From 2014 to 2020, they held the roles of Engineer Production and New Product Introduction Engineer at Telemática Sistemas Inteligentes. During this time, they were responsible for creating codes and structures of parts, analyzing and approving deviations in the process, and designing and developing new technologies. In 2018, they worked as a Projektmanagerin Praktikant and Dual Studentin at code'n'ground AG. Finally, they are currently working as a Sales Ops Manager and Analista SAP at Plugify since 2021.

Mayra Barbieri Zaia completed a Bachelor's degree in 2006-2012 at The University Center of FEI. In 2014, they obtained an Especialização em Gerenciamento e Execução de Projetos de inovação em empresas from the Universidade de São Paulo. In 2017-2018, they completed a Bridge Year at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) for German A1 - C1. In 2019-2020, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in IT Management at the Centro Universitário da Grande Dourados. Mayra also holds certifications from Udemy for Gestão Ágil com Scrum (2020), OTIFAS for Certificado Profissional em Lean Manufacturing (2019), and Centro Universitário FEI for Engenharia de Produção (2012).
