Renata Pereira

Renata Pereira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Renata most recently worked as a Product Manager at Plugify from June 2022 to the present. In this role, they were responsible for managing a fast-growing startup product in the hardware equipment rental industry, capturing requirements, managing the backlog, and working collaboratively with product designers.

Prior to that, Renata worked as a Scrum Master at T.group from February 2022 to June 2022, where they applied Scrum principles and practices to two software development teams. Renata trained the teams on Scrum adoption, facilitated scrum events, and ensured adherence to Agile processes.

Before that, Renata held multiple roles at Docway from 2019 to 2022. Renata served as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach for an organization and two software development teams. Renata also worked as a Test Automation Analyst, where they developed automated testing and executed test cases for web applications and APIs.

Renata also worked as a Test Automation Analyst at BrasilCT from 2017 to 2019, focusing on automated testing projects and manual testing for a fintech company. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Testing Analyst and Process Analyst at Netshoes from 2016 to 2017, where they conducted manual software testing and ensured the understanding and use of the software development process.

Renata started their career as an Information Technology Intern at Teleinfo from 2014 to 2015, where they gained experience in user and customer support, implementation of procedures, and monitoring network and server environments. Renata also worked as an Administrative Assistant in a freelance capacity during the same period.

Renata also holds a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification, which they obtained in September 2020 from Scrum Alliance.
