Megan Manels-Murphy

Megan Manels-Murphy, MSc, currently serves as a Talent Insights and Research Advisor and I/O Psychology Specialist at Plum since January 2023. Concurrently, Megan acts as a part-time professor and lead facilitator and coach at Saint Mary's University, delivering workshops and personalized coaching to healthcare professionals to address burnout. Previous roles include teaching assistant, research team lead, and lead facilitator for COVID-19 research focused on international student experiences. Additional experience includes serving as a research analyst at Propulo Consulting and a language instructor at Mount Saint Vincent University. Megan holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master’s of Science in Applied Psychology from Saint Mary's University, alongside a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology and Biology from Acadia University.
