Khelan Bhatt

Khelan Bhatt has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and technology. Khelan is currently employed as the CISO at Plume Design, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Advisor and later as the CISO + VP of IT at FabFitFun, where they designed and implemented a comprehensive Information Security program. Khelan also led the Information Technology department for the global organization. Before joining FabFitFun, Khelan founded Threatly, a company focused on solving cybersecurity challenges for small and medium enterprises. Khelan also served as the Deputy CISO & Sr. Director, InfoSec at Gap Inc., where they led a team providing various security capabilities. Additionally, Khelan held roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Rescale, Cisco, Kaspersky Lab, and United Villages Networks.

Khelan Bhatt holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Khelan also has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University. In addition, they acquired the CISSP certification from (ISC)² in 2010.
