Rich Chang

Rich Chang has a strong background in the technology industry, with experience at Plume Design, Inc, Qualcomm Atheros (QCA), and Atheros Communications. At Plume Design, they served as the VP of Advanced Technology, leading the exploration of emerging technologies for consumer smart homes. At Qualcomm Atheros, they held the position of Sr. Staff/Manager, overseeing the development of 2x2 11ac wifi single-chip products. And at Atheros Communications, they worked as a Sr. Member of Technical Staff in RF IC Design, specializing in integrated passive devices (IPD) chips for wireless LAN applications. Throughout their career, Rich has demonstrated expertise in analog design, board development, and project management.

Rich Chang obtained a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they pursued their MEng in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, graduating in 1998 after completing their studies from 1993 to 1998.
