Stefan van Den Broek

Stefan van den Broek has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stefan is currently the Vice President Customer Success at Plume Design, Inc, where they lead the global success management function. Prior to this, Stefan worked at Salesforce.com for 9 years as the Regional Vice President for the Customer Success Group. Stefan was responsible for building and leading teams across 8 European countries, driving adoption and business value of the Salesforce platform for enterprise customers. Before joining Salesforce.com, Stefan was an Independent CRM Consultant at Celgene for a year. Stefan also spent several years at Innoveer Solutions Inc, where they served as a Director overseeing CRM implementation projects for various clients. Stefan began their career at CGI as a Consultant and functional lead for Customer Care and Billing solutions in the Telco and Media industry.

Stefan van den Broek completed their MSc.BA in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 1990 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Erasmiaans Gymnasium from 1983 to 1989, completing their VWO degree.
