Mediation Supervisor And Trainer at Plummer Youth Promise

Susan Glatki is a highly experienced mediator and trainer with a strong focus on conflict resolution within the child welfare system. Currently serving as the Mediation Supervisor and Trainer at Plummer Youth Promise since January 2019, Susan facilitates permanency mediation programs that aim to reunify children with parents, establish guardianships, or finalize adoptions. With a career spanning over three decades, Susan has provided mediation services through various roles, including Mediator and Trainer at Susan Harrity Glatki, and has trained over 300 mediators as the Director of Mediation at Consortium for Children. Additionally, experience as a Court Investigator and Guardian ad Litem has equipped Susan with the skills to provide unbiased reports to Juvenile Courts in Western Massachusetts. As an Adjunct Professor at Holyoke Community College, Susan has imparted knowledge on conflict resolution, examining both traditional and alternative strategies. With a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a BA from Trinity Washington University, Susan Glatki's expertise lies in promoting stable, permanent homes for children through effective mediation.
