Marisa R. Brunetti

Marisa R. Brunetti is a member of the firm's Torts & Litigation Practice Group who focuses her practice on general litigation, including toxic torts, business disputes, product liability, breach of contract, antitrust, and complex class action claims. She also has substantial experience defending major pharmaceutical companies in national and West Virginia state opioid litigation and various clients involved with claims arising out of consumer defaults and foreclosures.

Admitted to practice in West Virginia and Michigan, Ms. Brunetti is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia and the DRI - The Voice of the Defense Bar.

A 2016 magna cum laude graduate of Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Ms. Brunetti served as the Preemption and Screening Editor for the Western Michigan University Cooley Law Review, and she received numerous accolades, including the President’s Achievement Award. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Charleston where she was a NCAA Division II WVIAC Women’s Volleyball player and an Involvement Scholar.
