Peter D. Cronk

Peter D. Cronk serves as Managing Partner of Plunkett Cooney's Lansing office and as Co-Leader of the Banking, Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Practice Group.

Mr. Cronk has an expansive client base, which includes several Fortune 500 lenders, national and international companies, real estate developers and a variety of small business. He has particular expertise in commercial loan workouts, corporate work for global companies and small businesses, real estate acquisition and development, liquor licensing and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Cronk also serves as a department leader for the firm, and he sits on the Budget & Finance and Hiring committees. He has earned Martindale-Hubbell’s highest peer-review rating, “AV-Preeminent.”
