Bruno Gonçalves Rodrigues

Bruno Gonçalves Rodrigues has extensive experience in production analysis and quality monitoring within the entertainment and communication sectors. Since February 2016, Bruno has been with Plural Entertainment in the role of Montagem e Decoração. Prior to this, from November 2011 to July 2015, Bruno worked at BrasilCenter as an Analista de Produção, where responsibilities included redesigning call center layouts, supporting management in internal events, and preparing managerial reports. Earlier, from January 2011 to October 2011, Bruno served as a Monitor de Qualidade at Brasil Center Comunicações, focusing on evaluating call center performance and identifying improvement opportunities. Bruno holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration with a concentration in Finance from FAGV, a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Estácio, and a technical degree in Computer Programming from the University of Michigan. Additionally, training was completed at Alura from 2019 to 2021.
