Prashantha Patali

Prashantha Patali is an experienced technology leader with a career spanning over two decades in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Pluralsight since March 2022, Prashantha previously held senior roles at HID Global, including Senior Director, where contributions included leading the design and development of the HID SAFE product, implementing the Scaled Agile Framework model, and focusing on operational metrics to predict insider threats. Prashantha also served as Chief Software Architect at both HID Global and Quantum Secure, overseeing significant product releases and team expansions. Earlier career experiences at IBM India involved leadership in enterprise application integration, including developing innovative solutions for various clients. Prashantha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Manipal Institute of Technology.
