Samantha Oakley

Samantha Oakley, PHR, SWP, RACR, currently serves as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and Development at Pluralsight since January 2022. Previously, as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Elara Caring, Samantha led a team of over 60 professionals and centralized talent acquisition to support significant growth in a multi-state healthcare organization. Samantha also held the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at DentalOne Partners Inc., enhancing recruitment practices across a large network of affiliated offices. Earlier experience includes roles at Baylor Scott & White Health, CareNow Medical Centers, The Limited, MeltContract, and Gap Inc., with a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing and personnel management throughout various sectors. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Historical Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas.
