Valerie Bishop

Valerie Bishop has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Valerie began their career as an Accounts Payables specialist at Globe Oil Company in 1985. Valerie then moved on to Projexions Video Supply in 1987, where they worked as an Accounts Receivables Manager, handling billing, collection, and reconciliation tasks. In 1993, Valerie joined Warrensville F & K, Inc. as an Accounting Department/Billing Specialist. After that, they worked as an Apprentice and later became a Master Cosmetologist at The 124 Group from 2000 to 2005. Valerie then transitioned into the role of a Bookkeeper at Apparel South, Inc. in 2010, where they managed financial activities using QuickBooks, Excel, and Word. Finally, Valerie was employed by GC&E Systems Group from 2012 to 2017, where they held various roles such as Accounting Assistant, Cost Accountant Assistant, and eventually the position of Human Resources and Office Coordinator. Their responsibilities included GL account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, assisting the CFO, managing the vehicle fleet, maintaining subcontractor documentation, and performing miscellaneous office duties.

Valerie Bishop attended Gwinnett Technical College from 2009 to 2012, studying Accounting. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Marietta High School in 1985. Valerie also attended McEachern High School from 1982 to 1984, although no specific degree or field of study information is available for these two high school experiences.
