Ovidiu Kișlapoși

Ovidiu Kișlapoși has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ovidiu began their career in 2008 as a Sales Agent at RCS&RDS. Ovidiu then worked at ING Romania in various roles, including Business Strategy Specialist, Channel Development Product Manager, Sales Support Officer, and Junior Officer. In 2017, they joined BCR as a Corporate Business Partner and later transitioned into the role of Project Lead within BCR's Corporate division. In 2018, Ovidiu worked as a Senior Project Manager at Finastra, overseeing implementation projects in the Investment Banking sector. Ovidiu then joined BCR again in 2019, first as a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master in the Transformation Office, and later as a Product Lead for Digital Advisory. In 2021, Ovidiu joined EPAM Systems as a Product Manager, responsible for Telecom digital products. In 2023, they took on the role of Chief Product Officer at Pluridio and also became a Mentor at InnovX.

Ovidiu Kișlapoși completed a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications at the Software Development Academy in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management of Information Systems from the Academia de Studii Economice din București between 2009 and 2012. Ovidiu also has additional certifications in Change Management Foundations, Product Innovation for Product Managers, JavaScript from Scratch, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Scrum Master Certified (SMC).
