Matilda Shehu

Matilda Shehu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Matilda started their career in 2002 as a Corporate Controller at AMC and worked there until 2009. Matilda then joined Plus Communication in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer and held that position until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they served as Acting CEO, Deputy CEO, and CFO at Plus Communications. In 2014, they also joined Union Bank Albania as an AC Member and remained there until 2020. In 2015, Matilda joined Plus Communication again, this time as an Administrator and Chief Executive Officer. Their most recent role is with BALFIN Group, where they started in 2020 as Director of Business Operations and later transitioned to the position of Chief Transformation Officer in 2022.

Matilda Shehu completed their MPA degree in Economics at the University of Tirana, from 2002 to 2004.
