Melissa Gordon

Melissa Gordon has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Melissa started their career in 1998 as an Account Director at Marketing Drive, where they worked on various projects for major brands such as Coca-Cola and Coors Light. Melissa later joined Hicklin Slade & Partners as a Client Service Partner/Group Account Director and then worked as a Freelance GAD at Elvis. Melissa then joined Carlson Marketing as a Client Partner before moving on to Fill Recruitment, where they served as a Senior Recruitment Specialist for marketing and advertising agencies. Melissa joined Vision7 International as a Talent Director and later progressed to the role of Senior Director, Talent.
