Susan Cashdollar

Susan Cashdollar has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Fitness Specialist at Connections Education. In 2018, they became the Wellness Director at Precision Environmental Company until 2019. Later in 2019, they joined Plus One an Optum Company, where they held the positions of Exercise Specialist Supervisor at Goldman Sachs HQ and Creative Marketing Director at Hearst.

Susan Cashdollar earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University in 2007. Susan later obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Exercise Physiology from the same university in 2008. Susan also holds additional certifications including CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross (obtained in July 2023), PN Level 1 certification from Precision Nutrition (obtained in September 2020), Functional Movement Screen Level 1 & 2 certification from Functional Movement Systems (obtained in February 2019), and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (obtained in December 2016).
